Feeding the spark of creativity.

 Art does not have a clear-cut well defined definition, and ideas about what art is have evolved over time.  We believe art consists of any activity that produces something that is beautiful to look at, listen to, or read (e.g. painting, music, or writing among others).
A guild is a formal group of persons who share common interests or a common purpose and who are organized with varying degrees of formality. Those two things together describe the Coshocton Art Guild.
​We are dedicated to cultivating local artists in Coshocton County and the surrounding areas and connecting them to the community. We are committed to  developing and using artistic knowledge and skills to cultivate positive change in our community. We do that partly by sponsoring instructional workshops, art competitions and art shows in the community.
